To make a reservation, simply check availability in the calendar and fill in the form. You will receive an e-mail to confirm the booking.
On the day of arrival, check in takes place from 01:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. or from 7 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., on the day of departure check out is by 10:00 A. M.
Upon arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document for legal purposes; otherwise it cannot be accepted.
It is not possible to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without notice. Any changes in the choice of rooms must be agreed with the owners based on availability.

Breakfast is included in the cost and includes a buffet with traditional products and a choice between sweet and savory, (cafeteria service by the staff), Breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 A.M.
Clean rooms based on time of stay.
Double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom (equipped with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, shower gel, soap and towel set). Wifi available in each room. Possibility to hang clothes.
There will be no extra beds in the room.
Baby cot available on request.
Pets are not allowed in the structure.
Children are welcome (free stay under 3 years).
Free parking available in nearby public areas.
Services and equipment breakfast room
Shared fridge for all guests with fresh drinks (water, juices offered by the house).
Flat screen TV.
Electric kettle, herbal teas and tea (offered by the house).
Prices and payment methods
The prices are per room and per night, the price of the stay is the one present at the booking stage.
The reservation is paid 30% of the total amount, via paypal to the associated e-mail address (email@example.com) or credit card. The balance is paid in cash upon arrival.
The cancellation or reduction of an confirmed reservation must be communicated by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and by telephone 3468546730 – 3333245479.
It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation without charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated below 15 days from the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation or request for reduction on arrival, the guest is required to pay anyway.
